LaBrisa is a Gulf Breeze restaurant proudly serving Southern and coastal-inspired cuisine. Owned and operated by chef John Huggins, LaBrisa aims to provide the highest quality food and service to Gulf Coast visitors and locals. Himself a Pensacola native, Chef John grew up enjoying Southern flavors and regional specialties. In his concept with LaBrisa, Chef John strives to imbue each menu item with that same regional zest, and the character of our cuisine is at once traditional and contemporary.
Owing to our superb Gulf Breeze location on the Florida coast, our menu is strongly influenced by local seafood offerings. When you dine at LaBrisa, you’ll find countless options incorporating shrimp, clams, crab, and fish, often in innovative dishes with just the right combination of seasonings and flavors. Our breakfast, lunch, dinner, and brunch menus contain a vast range of choices to suit every palate, and every item on our menu is served with pride.
